Job Description:
We're seeking an HR Generalist with up to 2 years of experience to join our team. This role involves handling various HR operations including payroll processing, HR compliance, employee relations, and engagement initiatives including recruitment. The ideal candidate should know the entire employee lifecycle management process.
Job Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding and induction training: Manage the onboarding process ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Employee relations -
Responsible for communication and interpretation of HR policies and procedures. Coaches/consults with managers and employees on issues including performance, terminations, sexual harassment, discrimination, etc. Coordinates all employee activities/programs.
Assist in resolving employee issues through effective communication, counseling, and conflict resolution techniques.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and organizing team-building activities.
Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment process through various job portals.
Offboarding Responsibilities: Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback, insights, and suggestions. Manage the offboarding process ensuring various compliances are taken into account.
Payroll and HR Compliance: Handle end-to-end payroll process along with the HR compliance activities. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company's policies and practices are in compliance with employment laws.
Compensation - Monitors and create applicable salary structures and checks to see that they are within regulatory guidelines.
Managing HRMS
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, performance evaluations, offer letters, appraisal letters, IT declaration, etc
HR Policies: Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or senior management.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources
Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices
Proficient in handling HR software applications like HRMS, ATS, etc
Good understanding of payroll and HR compliance
Good knowledge of relevant labor laws
Strong verbal and written communication skills song with attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
